She started her carrier in ‘Sontham’, a Telugu film. Though she started her carrier as a heroine, she was later known as item girl and as a second heroine. She has a huge fan following in South India, especially in Tamil Nadu, Kollywood. Her fans are fond of her item songs, and ‘Arjuna arjuna’ song from a tamil movie ‘Aai’ got her a lot of appreciations.
