Prabhu Solomon to direct a Bollywood Movie

Director Prabu Solomon, who is busy with the post production work of his film with Dhanush, is all set to make his debut in Hindi. Bankrolled by a leading production house, it is being said that the film is likely to be made in Tamil as well. From the looks of it, the director’s fascination for elephants continues long after Kumki — as it is believed that this film will be using animals — specifically elephants — as a key character in the plot.

Says a source, “The film is based on the lines of yesteryear Hindi film, Haathi Mere Saathi, which had Rajesh Khanna in the lead. The makers are currently busy location-hunting and major sequences will be shot abroad. Prabu Solomon will start the shoot for this bilingual, once he completes the post-production works of his Dhanush film, which is tentatively titled Rail.”
