Solar scam accused Saritha S. Nair on Monday moved the Kerala High Court seeking CBI inquiry into the multicrore case. Saritha had earlier alleged that several politicians including Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Electricity Minister Aryadan Mohammed had accepted bribery to the tune of crores of rupees from her promising to help her set up a company of solar power solutions.
The court will consider her petition on Tuesday. Saritha will hand over the court the evidence she has submitted to the Justice Sivarajan commission probing the scam.
